Training and Qualification

Health Promotion Inside and Outside the Workplace
- Maintain and promote health and work / productive capacity of employees and workers, ensuring their physical, mental and social well-being.
- Strengthen the process of recovery of health and integral rehabilitation of workers who suffer an accident at work or an occupational disease.
Procedures, Standards and Work Instructions
- Standardize the procedures of Railway operation and critical maintenance work to identify the risk factors and necessary controls in advance.
- Reduce the probability of occurrence of errors or accidents and thereby increase productivity, efficiency, quality of execution and uniformity of tasks.
Analysis and Management of Changes
Applies when changes and / or modifications are made to:
- Machinery and equipment, tools and new facilities and / or different practices and working procedures.
- Change in specifications of spare parts and parts supply.
- Organizational or personnel changes.

The analysis process involves identifying all risks arising from the change, which may affect:
- Safety of employees
- Adjacent areas of work
- The environment
- Public safety
- The productive processes of FENOCO
- Plan in advance adequate control measures
- Monitor the effectiveness of the controls when the change is implemented
Administration of Contractors
- Selection of Contractors, qualified and compatible with FENOCO safety principles.
- Preparation of Contracts adjusted to the practices and policies of FENOCO.
- Orientation and Training, focusing on the particular risks of each contract.
- Administration of Contractors adjusted to the 11 elements of the Safety System of FENOCO.
- Evaluation of contractors based on the results and effectiveness of their management.
Accident Investigation
All Incidents and Work Accidents are investigated to determine their origin, identifying their causality and improvement factors that can eliminate or minimize their recurrence.
OBJECTIVES:
- Identify, analyze and intervene in a timely manner the causes of incidents and accidents to prevent recurrence
