To this end, Fenoco has promoted the training of municipal officials in issues such as project presentation, regulation and proper use of public resources. Similarly, spaces such as the meeting of Social Managers have been opened, in which the officials responsible for implementing the Management and Social Investment plans of the administrations can know firsthand the procedure of the concessionaire and can establish alliances to develop activities and Programs that benefit their communities more widely.

Fenoco has supported the spirit of entrepreneurship both of the beneficiaries of our Productive Training, and of those who need an opportunity to make their units or organizations grow. Thanks to the Productive Units Program, which includes technical apprenticeship, seed capital, and accompaniment in its processes of formation, legalization and commercialization, today, the businesses supported by the company have allowed more families to earn an income that contributes to the improvement of the quality of life of their community.
