The management of FENOCO S.A. is possible thanks to the work and commitment of more than 2600 people.

The human resource of FENOCO S.A. consists of about 600 direct employees and more than 2,000 indirect employees.

This interdisciplinary team is responsible for the administration, adaptation, operation and maintenance of the railway infrastructure of the north of Colombia.

The people that make possible the management of FENOCO S.A. are women and men, professionals and technicians trained in the different administrative and operational areas, mostly born in the areas where FENOCO S.A. develops its operation in the north of the country.
