<p>To be a supplier, you must meet the legal, infrastructure and financial requirements demanded by the company, which are:</p>

<li>Format: Access and Registration of Suppliers application.</li>
<li>Certificate of existence and legal representation issued by the competent entity in Colombia or country of origin (Not applicable for natural person, nor suppliers from abroad).</li>
<li>Copy of the RUT ( taxpayer registration number).</li>
<li>Original print of Bank Certification with the following information: number, kind of account and account holder.</li>
<li>Original print of Letter of Authorization to deposit the payments in your account.</li>
<li>COFACE Qualification and / or Reputational Study.</li>

<p>The Accounting and Tax Department informs all suppliers and contractors of the procedure and dates established for the filing of invoices and collection accounts for this period of 2018.</p>
<p>The only place authorized for the receipt of invoices is in the administrative office of the company Carrera 20, Calle 2 Barrio San Fernando, in the city of Santa Marta, directed to the Accounting Department.</p>
<p>No invoices and / or collection accounts will be received in the city of Bogota or other dependencies of the company.</p>
<p>The stipulated dates for receipt of invoices during the year 2018 are as follows:</p>

<p><b>NOTE: </b> Invoicing will be received Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.</p>
<p>When making any modification or updating of data such as: Name, Address, Telephone, Bank Account, Tax Responsibilities, Change of Regime, Economic Activity, RUT, Etc .; It is important that they send us this information to also update their data in the Administrative Management.</p>
<p>The date to be taken for the planning of payments, will be from the date of filing of the invoice or collection account (For the simplified regime).</p>

<p>These conditions will also apply to suppliers who are located at a different address than Santa Marta, so it is important that the invoice is sent by registered mail, taking into account the agreed dates for receipt of the invoices.</p>
