 The analysis process involves identifying all risks arising from the change, which may affect:

  • Plan in advance adequate control measures
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the controls when the change is implemented
  • Selection of Contractors, qualified and compatible with FENOCO safety principles.
  • Preparation of Contracts adjusted to the practices and policies of FENOCO.
  • Orientation and Training, focusing on the particular risks of each contract.
  • Administration of Contractors adjusted to the 11 elements of the Safety System of FENOCO.
  • Evaluation of contractors based on the results and effectiveness of their management.

All Incidents and Work Accidents are investigated to determine their origin, identifying their causality and improvement factors that can eliminate or minimize their recurrence.

OBJECTIVES:
