The analysis process involves identifying all risks arising from the change, which may affect:

- Plan in advance adequate control measures
- Monitor the effectiveness of the controls when the change is implemented
- Selection of Contractors, qualified and compatible with FENOCO safety principles.
- Preparation of Contracts adjusted to the practices and policies of FENOCO.
- Orientation and Training, focusing on the particular risks of each contract.
- Administration of Contractors adjusted to the 11 elements of the Safety System of FENOCO.
- Evaluation of contractors based on the results and effectiveness of their management.
All Incidents and Work Accidents are investigated to determine their origin, identifying their causality and improvement factors that can eliminate or minimize their recurrence.
OBJECTIVES:
- Identify, analyze and intervene in a timely manner the causes of incidents and accidents to prevent recurrence
- Consistently improve safety and health at FENOCO; The management and control of losses, generating plans that allow to minimize or eliminate the risks

- Provide the necessary elements to deal with emergency situations that endanger lives or the stability of operations
